Which museums can I visit in La Maddalena?

Caprera offers several museums: the Compendio Garibaldino, which includes Garibaldi's house; the Garibaldi Memorial in the 19th-century Arbuticci fort; and the Park's Natural History Museums in Stagnali. In La Maddalena, you can visit the Diocesan Museum, which houses a rich series of prints depicting Saint Mary Magdalene, as well as the crucifix and candlesticks that Admiral Nelson donated to the church, and the Naval Museum, which is currently under renovation.

The parish church, the historic center, and numerous military fortifications are also worth visiting, some of which have been restored, such as I Colmi, which hosts the cultural event "La Valigia dell’Attore."

How do I reach the island of Caprera?
